Ooma and her sister were rescued cats and her sister died shortly after she came home. So Ooma got a brother Buster and they were both indoor/outdoor cats. Ooma who was the apple of my eye disappeared from where we live in 2007 when she was 7 years old. She was very nosy and curious, if a car window or garage door was open she would investigate and we once got a call from a neighbor that she was in their garage and would we come and get her. When she didn't come home we put out flyers and got one call, but it wasn't her. It broke my heart and I felt guilty. She had always come home at night and then she didn't. So now my girls Doll and LeeLee don't get to go outside and I know it is for the best but I wish I had protected Ooma better! I was going to get LeeLee's sister who was black and white and looked like her but at the last minute I picked Doll because she reminded me of Ooma. This has been very cathartic for me, but emotional, too! For the April Color, Pet, Hoarders and VLB Challenges! Thanks for looking!
