Turquoise side fold with "ribbon cut" strips in assorted colors as back layers, a doily layer, die cut scallop with white: ribbon cut" to resemble 1st place tag, finished with & 3 D greeting. Used gel pen in turquoise to add stitching on all cuts. Punched a round with candle numbers.
