@JLWCann I made the tags with a tag punch then hole punch to slip on to the ring and a slit punch for the ribbon to go through it

The baskets are designed to hold magazines. I am from New Zealand and got them from the Warehouse Stationery store. They are a perfect size for 12 by 12 papers.
