Side fold blue card with layer of glittered mulberry paper. The buildings were drawn in my paint program & glued over the mulberry paper. I used a digi clip art of batman, printed on yellow, cut a different shade of yellow for the light stream coming from behind the buildings. Used 3 D sticker balloons with 4th done in marking pen. Used a sticker on yellow paper, trimmed & put on with foam tape.
