My nephew and his wife just had a baby. Since I don't have a baby carriage die cut and my printer was out of ink - I took inspiration from Betty's carriage (1st Betty) and tried one on my own. Not too bad, except as I look at it here, I realize I forgot the axles on the wheels. The paper is a mix from HL (Paper Studio). Cut a balloon with her name on it (first time I think I ever heard that name), but her middle name is Christene after my late sister. Added the flower and some pink gems. Added the hot pink swirl.
