I used the Graphic45 paper and cut out the flowers and the air balloons - I know it's a "sea" picture and I'm using balloons, but it was so quirky and I just loved the paper! I fussy cut all of the flowers and balloons and raised them on pop dots, you can't see in the photo but I used a glitter pen to frost parts of the flowers and balloon. I cut my title from my Cricut/Gypsy and heat embossed it in two different blue embossing powders and threw in a little glitter embossing powder on the edges. For the "waves" I also cut the flourish from my Cricut - I welded three flourishes together and heat embossed them in the same blues, but also added white in places, and more glitter embossing powder. Of course I have some rub ons and some bling with a few little flowers!
