I made this beautiful 3D Pop up floral cad for my niece for her birthday. She loves birds and flowers. This photo doesn't do a very good job of showing the multiple layers of pop ups. There are 5 layers altogether. I started with a kit, but added my own extra layers. I also finished it off with some pretty embellishments at the center of each flower, a cascading row of sparkles, and a light finishing of holographic Perfect Pearl Dry.
