Made the background by inking an embossing folder (Cuttlebug), and misting it with water. Placed watercolor paper inside, and pressed down. Did not emboss. Die cut bird (Stampin' Up) and leaves (Poppy), and adhered to background panel, then matted to pink glitter paper, then to white card base. Stamped quote (Make an Impression) and tied with twine and mounted with foam tape. TFL
