This is a lo that I did for the FLYlady weekly challenge...scrapbook that name. (The scan is not that good...it looks much better in person, but you get the point). I scraplifted this idea from TessaAnn. I don't normally scrapbook myself so I used my son's name. Austin wrote his first and middle names by himself and then I put the definitions under it.
The journaling reads: When I named you, I did not think of you as "useful little hollow". I thought Austin was a very strong name that would not be made fun of as you grew up. However, the older you get, I find that you are a "useful little hollow". You are so helpful to me and anyone that is in need, and I find that when everything else seems to go wrong you become my little hollow because no one can be sad whenever you're around :) Austin you truly are a wonderful child and will live up to your "Perfect" name!
