Distress Inked the background on some watercolor paper. Then, used a heart stamp dipped in some water and stamped on top to give the messy heart pattern. Scalloped borders on the bottom were cut with my Sizzix. The skunk was stamped and colored in with some more distress ink, and I added a bit of stickles to his tummy and tail. Bits of bakers twine was used from my stash!
