For today's LOAD prompt. My treasure is this group of friends, most of whom I've known 40 years. We got together (me by FaceTime on that phone) a few weeks ago. One of us had just been diagnosed with a serious illness which would be a blow for anyone, but we lost another one of our friends 8 years ago. A reminder that time is precious.
The top piece of light blue patterned paper contains hidden journaling about how I feel right now about this friend & her illness. Iike that it looks like my normal layers, but my feelings aren't exposed unless I want someone to know they are there.
