Nice layout! Great use of flowers - I don't use them very often and you have done a g reat job with them. To answer your question, I usually start with the picture(s) but recently I have created some layouts and then found pics to go on it.

I actually made this layout design and then found a picture. Anyone else ever do that? I wanted to do a fall design. I used dusty attic chipboard and painted and inked the flowers and the fall words. Thanks for looking. This picture was taken in a park where we all wore our irish sweaters.
