One of the men on the Catholic side of the church saw I was having trouble standing and brought me a chair. The tomb was on the side of the mountain and the mountain had been cut away so just a layer of the mountain was around the tomb. My chair was backed up to the side of the tomb! Once I realized that, the crowds didn't matter anymore. All I could think of was that I was sitting against the tomb of my Savior.

Left: The front entrance to the tomb.

Right: View of the back and side of the tomb taken from upstairs. I was seated on the side next to where people were lighting candles right against the tomb.

Lower Left: View from balcony showing front and side of tomb.

Lower Right: Front entrance to tomb.

I did not go up to the balcony areas but Bill did so he could get pictures for me while I waited by the side of the tomb.
