This is my inspiration lift for November's Gallery Inspiration Challenge Round 40. I was given Fruitysuet's kind of sour LO.
I really liked the textures in the bg, and thought I would try to manipulate them in a bit messier way. The BG is the back of a 12x12 stack of paper. I coated it with a white molding paste (by pebeo) and then I mixed black sands (pebeo) with a homemade gesso and some paints to make the moss green texture. The darker green is the same just with darker green paint, lol. The photos are of a mudding trip with my cousin and all the embellies (minus the mud puddle pebbles) are natural items out of my yard. ( IT is not archival! ) Anyway I hope I did the lift justice, the original is so fun, and full of life! Thanks for looking!
