I stamped "HAPPY BIRTHDAY". I used some fancy edged scissors on the polka dot paper. I hand punched the flower using 4 layers for a bit of depth. The paper is white on back or I could have lifted the petals. I used 3D foam under it. I hand embossed the leaves. I used scraps for this :o) Shown also is the envelope I made.
