NO BAKE OREO CHEESECAKE
CRUST: 1 row Oreo cookies crushed, 3 Tbs. melted butter. Mix both & press in bottom of 9" springform pan. Freeze 15 minutes. FILLING: 1/4 cup powder sugar, 1 (8oz) package cream cheese
(room temperature )3 Tbs. milk, 1 tsp vanilla, 8 ounce whip topping, 2/3 of row Oreo cookies, crushed, but not crumbs. Whip cream cheese till smooth. Add sugar & milk, beat till smooth & fold in whip topping & the broken row of cookies. Pour in crust & refrigerate overnight. Slice & serve with a 1/2 cookie from the remaining row on each slice.
