Chalkboard Type Heart Card

This was inspired both by Sketch #2 from the February Card Challenge and the Technique category from the January 2016 Card Challenge. It involves adhering paper strips to a sheet of cardstock and then cutting that paper with a die. I chose hearts to fit the sketch. The bottom strip is a washi tape design by American Crafts. The solid red hearts were embossed with a 5 x 7 Polka Dot embossing by Cuttlebug.
