2016 One Little Word, "Laugh"

Ali Edwards' One Little Word (http://aliedwards.com/one-little-word) is a powerful way to start each new year. Last year, my word was 'Rest'; this year my word is 'Laugh'. The journaling states, "My One Little Word for 2016 is 'Laugh' for it is good for the soul and good medicine."

I used the old Close to My Heart Sonoma Collection with matching embellishments. I've been a hoarder of this collection for many years. :-)

The letters are American Crafts 'Everywhere' Chipboard Thickers.
