More pictures on Easter Island - one of Bill standing next to a hat from one of the statues. There were 2 tours from the ship, each going to different parts of the island to see the statues and the tours were $200 each so it would have been $400 each to see them all.
We hired a taxi for $60 each for our small group so Bill and I got to see all the statues from both of the ships tours for a fraction of the price. Together Bill and I paid $120 for the day instead of $800 which would have been the cost to see the same statues from the ships excursion.
