I used Derwent color pencils for the boots stamp and the watering can. The watering can is a free file that I found on Pinterest. I fussy cut it and adhered it on top of the boot stamp. I think the boot stamp is from Great Impressions. To dress it up I added a ribbon, button and tag and sentiment in the corner
