The driver finally pulled over and called the manager or representative of the company while we waited in the bus on the side of the road. In about 10 minutes the manager boarded our bus and said that everything would be taken care of. He told everyone to keep their tickets and when we got off everyone would be reimbursed for anything they paid over $20 a ticket so everyone was happy. Especially the people who had paid $40 for their tickets! We decided just to sit tight not do anything when the tour was over since we had paid less than anyone else. We didn't say a word about only paying $12.50 each!
This made everyone happy about the money but then there was still the issue with separate entrance charges and fees as well as the different itineraries everyone had been promised.
The manager went over the different places we could go and took a poll to see where everyone wanted to go. Surprisingly, we all easily agreed on a schedule and itinerary.
He asked who wanted to go to the village (there was a charge but no one wanted to pay to go there) so he drove us through the village and stopped for us to take pictures for a few minutes. We didn't tour the village, just had a picture break so we didn't have to pay the entrance fees. We just weren't allowed to walk through the town which, after seeing the village, was fine with all of us.
