OH MY GOSH!!! That beach is magnificent. I don't think I could have gone on with the tour. The beach is gorgeous and the blue water was so inviting. I would have at least put my toes in the water. Tee-hee!

Page 227 - Volume Challenge- 2014 World Cruise - Ile des Pins

We joined 6 friends for a minivan tour of the island. First we went to a beautiful scenic lookout for photos of the beach and ocean, then to a place of tribute to the Catholic missionaries who came to the island. There was a statue and carved posts all around it – one to represent each missionary. That was very interesting and so pretty on the beach and ocean.
