Thanks for the great inspiration! I loved lifting your layout. I just knew that I had that same transparency from back in the day but I couldn't find it anywhere:( Oh well, maybe next time. That heart paper is so, so adorable and I love how you did the twine border. I just love everything about this:)
this is beautiful Amie; I love the wording and from previous comments I gather it's a transparency, so great idea to use it on here because it really works. The tag with the anchor works really well with this layout too.
I love all the beach and nautical items you used and that transparency is so cool!! I also love how everything flows across the page causing my eyes to follow and take in every single detail! Great job!
This was created for April Round Robin, Team 1 Week 2. I kept it beach themed from our inspiration piece. Doing some serious stash busting here! Pattern papers, are mix of Pink Paislee's Solstice lune and Fancy Pants Nautical. Everything here was a scrap except cardstock background, so also entered into April Scrap with Your Scraps. Other challenges include April 4 Categories #3 negative space with twist if #'s, which are stamped on tag. ,April Travel Challenge and,April 1 Pic Challenge
I used an ancient transparency from Creative Imaginations on background, and preprinted tag. Journaling on transparency reads " does the song of the Sea end at the shore, or in the hearts of those who listen to it" Khalil Gibran.
