I got this idea from Paige Evans. I punched several hearts from patterned paper and cut them in half. I put the halves together, but mixing up the patterns. I machine stitched down the middle of each heart. I had lots of small pictures so I scattered them around evenly. I used very few embellishments because there was so much going with the hearts.
