This layout was so much fun to do. My Great grandfather was a builder at the turn of the century. Early 1900's. He was amazing. He owned 2 2 lumber heard, & was a contractor, creating & building beautiful craftsman style homes & other styles of the time across Nebraska & the Midwest. He loved everything that was "new". Which is why I have all these wonderful pictures. He liked cameras & pictures. So, Artisan Style, by Graphic 45 was just his style! I fussy cut the sign. For me, this is a relatively simple layout. I used 1 Martha Stewart punch. I made the flowers using Heartfelt Creation, Tattered Blossoms die cuts. I always use American Crafts Cardstock. Scrapbook.com sells it & it's such wonderful Cardstock & such a great price. By the way, the Dusty Attic chipboard element in the right corner was a technique that came out cooler than I thought. I originally painted it, hated it. Then, found a technique someone used irridescent powders, so, I Used peach, & a tiny bit of clear, and ended up with this beautiful finish. I know I could never duplicate again in my life. But if I perfect it, I'll let you know.
