Page 760 - Volume Challenge

Saturday, August 9th, 2014 – Cruising through the Prince Christian Sund took most of the morning and the scenery was breathtaking. Bill went to the crow's nest around 6:30AM to watch the magnificent scenery as we cruised through the Sund. I joined him in the Crow's Nest 15 minutes later. I really wanted to be on deck but it was much too cold to be outside! This was one of those days when nobody was on deck braving the cold!

We left to eat a quick breakfast in the Lido around 10:00 and then went back to the crow's nest to enjoy the scenic cruising again. Whenever we passed a really spectacular iceberg or mountain Bill slipped out of the crown's nest and went to the outside deck to take photos then quickly came back inside to warm up again. It was COLD today!
