That is totally a great surprise. Washington DC is known quite well to us as we took our children on an East coast tour from Canada to Fl. with all the surrounding states. Great times

Sometimes it is the little things you notice on a layout that makes it outstanding. The chevrons highlighting the title was cool. I have to remember that for the future. You must have gotten bonus Mommy points from your son's surprise!!!

This is a wonderful layout! So crisp and clean looking! I love that you include so many family pictures in your layouts - that makes them so interesting and will make them a treasure to family members later on! You really captured excitement on your son's face! What a surprise for him. Great embellishments and I love the red, white and blue theme! It just kind of goes with baseball.
