Yes I did! I adhered 4x6 card to red pattern paper and stitched around the perimeter with a sewing machine (lately I sew on paper a lot more often then fabric:))) And then I adhered both pieces together to the base of my card. This way the stitching is not going to show inside the card. Thanks for asking:)
