This turned out lovely! I think it seems center heavy because you are drawing the eye all the way across the center with light background paper, plus a line of twill. I would have only brought the light paper from behind the photo over about an inch and stopped it, then I would have dropped the title to the bottom right of the pic.

Love the design the way it is... totally sweet and pretty. I think an option would have been to bring the wood paper across the whole layout.. dark brown matt for photo around current one and darker brown trim on edge of layout or dark brown ink. Pink would also be cool. love the cool tag so pretty with the metal trinket. The three flowers across the top are lost on the paper it may be just the photo. Perhaps a bolder pink or have them on the wood. That said I love the way the wood paper matches her hair and the pink floral paper matches her shirt. The butterflies are very cute. Perhaps one larger one may be added. Love the wood ticket... super cute layout. Thank you for the opportunity for a fun critique. I used to run the critique groups here at scrapbook.com and so I could not resist
