I started this card about a week ago but needed to put it aside to work on other projects. I actually made the quilled roses for the project I was working on Thursday but didn’t wind up using them. I think they were just what I needed to finish up this card. The Cotten crocheted lace started off white and new. I tea dyed it in earl grey. I cut the cardinal from chipboard with a TimHoltz die. The extra branches came from the pine cone die. The merry Christmas is sealing wax. Marylou has convinced me that my sealing wax should be intentionally messy and I know that she is right. When I make them perfect they look like plastic.
