I actually made two cards almost identical and then found I needed to send one to my goddaughter who gave birth to a baby girl after two boys - but even more amazingly, had had several detailed scans all through pregnancy indicating she was having a boy, until the day before the birth when a non-detailed scan revealed no boy bits! A bit of a shock to everyone and then absolute joy!
