Give a Cheer
I love deviled eggs (so does my mom)! And no recipe is really needed. I often make just one for a snack. All you need is a hard-boiled egg, a little salt and pepper, and mayo (I like Miracle Whip though). I usually add a little sweet relish, if I have any in the fridge, and curry powder if I feel like it. Smush the yolk and everything up with a fork; fork or spoon it into the white part of the egg and - as you can see - sprinkle generously with paprika (or, if youre me, open the wrong end of the container).
