Give a Cheer
Our Black Gum tree was beautiful this Autumn with its red, orange, yellow and green leaves. I thought I would do a layout using my leaf diecuts in different colors. It didn't turn out as good as I'd hoped but I'm satisfied.
I used BoBunny's 12" Double Dot paper and G45 Fairie Dust Collection (green paper). The leaves were made from various scraps. I stamped Hero Arts Wood Stamp S5634 in Versafine Onyx Black in the corners. I glued down some Reneabouquets microbeads under her Beautiful Board that I colored up with Tim Holtz Distress Ink in Mustard Seed and Distress Oxide in Spiced Marmalade. I diecut Spellbinders Corner Flourish with a scrap. I also used G45 Woodland Friends chipboard (owl) and a sticker with the mushrooms. The labels I rubbed metallique wax in Aged Brass onto the labels. I think they're from Hobby Lobby. Last I added Heidi Swapp gold foil flakes here and there.
