Randomly stamp a splatter image on a piece of white cardstock
Place 2 punched circles, one each of different sizes from musical sheet note patterned paper over the splattered images
Die cut the staff in a bright coordinating color and place about a 1/4" from the left.
Stamp and fussy cut the sentiment add foam strips and adhere it to the panel
Mat the image panel then add to card front
