This is my entry in lillagumman's Creative or Clueless Challenge and the Multiple Photos Challenge....The "Clueless" Challenge was to make a "girly" LO without flower embellishment.

This LO is for the scrapbook I am making my mom for her 80th birthday celebration. It is a "Heritage" album with a few twists! I lifted this LO from one I saw in an issue of Scrapbooks etc. magazine. I liked the angles and "oddness" of the LO with these less than perfect pictures of Mom.

Journaling reads:
"In the 70s Hattie gave in to pressure to have her portrait done, but she was not exactly happy about it. She did eventually get a pose that pleased her...but these were not it! Her children & grands liked the outakes best, however..."

Mom hated this "unchosen" proofs from her photo session, and does not know that I have kept them all these years...so seeing them in her album will be a surprise! I'm hoping they make her laugh!
