That is a wonderful photo. I just love your journaling. This is a keepsake that you and your son will always have to remember this special time. You did a great job on the challenge. I love all of the letters in the title, and the scalloped paper with the inking is amazing. Beautiful layout.
Tyler sounds like my oldest at that age...everyone told me to get him involved in theater. I said I will if he decides that's what he wants to do. Well lo and behold he's been involved with a youth theater for four years now and was involved two yrs before that in another theater. Now he's a senior at a high school of the arts and looking to go to college for musical theater. Great layout love all the elements. Great memory too!
This is awesome, going into my faves! What a cutie and love the journaling, he sounds like a riot! Love the title work and the paper layering and inking-love everything!
Beautiful! So many wonderful things to look at... mostly that sweet picture!! Love the photo corner and great idea with the Chipboard attached to the tag! Awesome job! Into my favs!!
so many awesome things about this!!! that pic is just too cute!!!! love the swirl holding the journal tag....love the journaling itself!!! very cool pp blend. perfect choice of lettering. into favs!!!
Journaling card has the chipboard flourish tied to it and actually serves similar to a paperclip holding it perfectly in place. Journaling reads: As a Three years old Tyler is always making us laugh with the simplest little things he says. He quotes movies; his most common quote being -"Don't forget the crackers!" –from Wallace & Grommet; sings songs; his favorite being, “1,2,3, like a bird I sing because you’re giving me the most beautiful set of wings…”; says the phrases “Hey, that’s cheating!” and “Oh, sorry! I didn’t mean to!” a lot. My FAVORITE thing though is when I really need to make sure he is paying attention to me I say, “Okie Dokie Tyler?” That usually seems to catch his attention. When he replies “Okie Dokie Artichokie!” I just want to laugh every time. ! I hope I can always remember how he sounds when he says that!! Cuing him to say “Okie Dokie Artichokie” is exactly how I got this very picture! He not only sounds cute saying it but looks pretty darn cute when he says it too! You can also see it in his eyes in this picture just what a spitfire he is at three! Lots of mischief but lots of laughs as well. Lots of Love, Mom! Thanks for checking out my lo!
