Give a Cheer
I used clear ink and embossing powder on the dotted butterflies. Then I brushed blue Perfect Pearls over the images on white cardstock to create the circle on the card. I inked around the edge with Colorbox pigment ink. The leaves were cut with my Silhouette, and I used my Silhouette to cut out the large butterfly I sprayed Tattered Angels over for the background.
