I found a tutorial for this on A Walk Down Memory Lane and just loved it and decided to try it.
The blue cardstock is from Stampin' Up. The papers are scraps. The heart is cut from Create A Critter cartridge. The ribbon is from Michaels. The bling is from Stampin' Up. I used a cuttlebug embossing folder on the white background.
