So this is from the photos MIL gave me for FIL's book but the layout is for me. Their version includes different photos, a lot MORE photos, and a lot less blendy-fadey-artsy...;) Since theirs is done, I thought i'd play...

[b]Some of my Process[/b]: I opened up the artsykard and used the big fotoblend to clip my main photo to. Then I moved the whole thing (all those layers) to a new 12x12 canvas and scooched it up to the right-hand side of my page. I added a 2nd fotoblendz from the elegance brush set to my page, put it on a colorblend mode and clipped my 2nd photo to it. when my subject's face was a bit too faded, i created a new layer beneath the fotoblendz and just carefully painted in the areas I wanted darker with a low opacity waterbrush.
I added a personalized frame around the Artsykard, clipping the background paper to the clipping mask and layering the rest of the layers on the artsy card above the frame for a fun effect.
