The twist is to have 2 buttons and something double-matted.
This is my DH and I having fun on Hollywood Blvd on the first day of our holiday in Nov 07. I covered the chipboard hearts with glitter paper and edged with Kindy Glitz. Edged the matted bg cardstock with Glitz too but didnt scan too well.
