This layout is for weekly challenge #1 - So glad I had these pictures in with my others from this trip. It's kinda what I miss about the pre-digital camera days. You printed all the pictures you took, not just the good ones. Anyways, these pictures do tell a story, in my mind, I tried to journal it, but it sounds kinda weird reading it out load, not being able to write all the details maybe will confuse people. But oh well....Here's what it says:
It was a rainy day in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
I was visiting my dad in Rock Island, Illinois
but had taken a drive to get away from the
boredom and try to meet someone I had
been talking to for at least 4 months on
the phone. Ugh! That was a bust! Much
later after I was back home I got an
explanation for the unanswered call and
messages, but things didnt work out.
I just couldnt get past the feeling of being
manipulated and left out in the rain.
