Another lo of my baby sister. Did some hard journaling on this one. It reads: I don't actually remember you. I wish that I did. But I was only 3 years old when you were with us. The only memory I have is very vague and I think it was from the night we lost you. And then I remember being in the car going to the cemetery, but I don't remember the service.
When I was older I thought about you a lot. I cried about you a lot too. I was really mad at God for taking you from us and sometimes I even wished that he would take me instead.
Many years later I talked to our parents about you. And I know that your death devastated them. Dad buried himself in work and because of that I think they didn't really grieve together. It almost tore their marriage apart. It was my presence in their lives that kept them together.
And now? I still wonder what you would have been like and what it would have been like to have a sister.
