Give a Cheer
My neice with her cardboard race car. She's hilarious.
For this layout, I used rhinestones and stickles for the middle of the flowers on the paper. I also used ribbon at the top of the pictures accented with clear rhinestones. "Silly Girl" has hand stitches drawn with my ZIG. I also used a bit of distress ink around the edges of the paper.
I entered this into the October Round Robin Scraplift Challenge.
