The addition of the tickets to the observatory on this page is great use of a real "scrap" (plus they're pretty). We were given a very nice telescope from my brother for one of our anniversaries because my husband had to ask for a deposit back on one way back when we got engaged in order to purchase my engagement ring. He loves astronomy. It is awe-inspiring, isn't it?

Fourth layout about the Griffith Observatory
Journalling on the left page: "We found out that the telescope was open so we got to go up and see Venus passing by. I felt privledged to be able to use something so big and expensive to see a sight I never had before."
Journalling on the right page: "Throughout the day I would get a feeling of amazement whenever I thought of the size of our solar system and the universe beyond ~ you definately start to feel a little overwhelmed when you try to image how big space is... its cool, and almost a little unbelievable!"
