SHCG: I love the negative space and the little caracters are cute. I also really like how you staggered and layered the letters in the title. I'm not really feeling the kraft color bg though... maybe white or pale, pale blue?

SHCG: I like the simplicity and negative space of this page, too. Your two pp strips add just the right amount of variety, and if your title is sugar coated, I bet it looks lovely. It could just be the quality of the uploaded image, but I wonder how this page would look if you didn't use such a muted tone for your bg. Also, since your penguin and Santa are outlined in black, I feel the rest of your winter characters need to be, too.

SHCG - Nice work... excellent use of negative space here for maximum impact. The gathering of letters & cutouts is so cute. I'm a tad distracted by the bright green leaves, though... I visualize those in a softer green (like the greens used in your pp & cutouts). And, ink-addict that I am, I am utterly at peace that you didn't use any here, because it has such a quiet & subdued effect without it, highlighting the tree tradition well. Lovely LO!
