"At the Bottom of the Garden" is an old phrase referring to where the fairies live. I hadn't originally planned on making this fairy-themed at all, but I needed something in that spot and the fairies fit perfectly. Also, it literally looks like we're at the bottom of a garden, with little fairies flying above us! This is one of those cases in which I didn't want to cover up too much of the paper, so embellishments are minimal, but I do love that Prima canvas corner piece! I could hardly believe all the detail that came out when I added color to it - so cool! The photo is of my mother, my sister and I in July 2010 when we took my mother to a beautiful public rose garden for a picnic on her birthday. Naturally, we did a photo shoot too!
