This is the visit to the Invalides in Paris. . . I used molding paste and colored it with Perfect Pearls and then layed it down with a spatula to look like plaster, I re-colored the embelishments from silver to gold with gold embossing powder and then added rub ons to the top, some bling, and chipboard letters.
