Give a Cheer
My layout for the Ways to Washi All Day Challenge. The three washi techniques I used were the border, frame, and ruffle techniques. I made a frame by putting the washi tape around the edges of the cardstock. I added a washi tape border under the photo. I also used the ruffle technique to make washi tape ruffle flowers.
The photo is one of the photos I took for an American Girl doll photo contest at www.americangirlcontests.blogspot.com .
