i made this from a piece out of a arrow chipboard album my cuz brought me . the paper piecing is from http://www.scrappingwithlisadesigns.com/category_13/Weather-Bear.htm with the rain gear closes. the cloud is also from the file. i used 3 different ribbon that went with the umbrella. used my label maker for the words. green/blueish dew drops for the "rain drops"
