      You don't need a specific computer. You just need a word type program to be able to create a negative image for the stamp.     Does this create stamps like the cling on stamps or wood mount? Also if it is a cling, does it cling? Also with regular clings, when they don't cling well, is there something to put on it to make it cling better?
